Mash tun is a vessel used in the mashing process to convert the starches in crushed grains into sugars for 

fermentation. TBE mash tuns are insulated to maintain a constant temperature. The mash tun can be single

function or can also have a false bottom and spigot so that the sparging process can be done in the same 

vessel. Steam jacket design will allow The Tiantai systems are designed to do both decoction mashing and 

infusion mashing. The mash tun brew kettle is made out of stainless steel or copper.

After lautering, the beer wort is boiled with hops (and other flavourings if used) in a large tank known as a 

brew kettle. The boiling process is where chemical and technical reactions take place, including sterilization 

of the wort to remove unwanted bacteria, releasing of hop flavours, bitterness and aroma compounds 

through isomerization, stopping of enzymatic processes, precipitation of proteins, and concentration of the wort. 

Our two vessel beer mash tun consist of a combined vessel of mash/lauter tun on top and whirlpool tun on

bottom, and another vessel of brew kettle.  There is a false bottom betweeen the mash/lauter tun and the

whirlpool tun. 

Just mean you can do sparging with this beer brewing system. And recycle hot water from the heat exchanger

it will high efficiently help saving lots of energy for you. 

Our standard heating way of our 500-800L brewing systems are electric heating, And steam heating is also

avaliable for you if you prefer :)
